How much do you charge for a full wedding day?
My standard full-day wedding photography package starts from £1500. This includes full-day coverage, professionally edited images, and an online gallery for you and your guests.
If you would like a second photographer, extra hours, or a luxury wedding album, I offer these as add ons. I am always happy to tailor a package that suits your needs and budget.
How do we book you? What’s the process and payment schedule?
Once you have decided to go ahead, there is a 30% deposit for full day bookings to make the date exclusively yours. The balance is due 8 weeks before the wedding date.
I strongly recommend that all couples take out comprehensive wedding insurance to protect themselves from costs if they need to cancel.
Can we have a bespoke package?
Definitely! My three main packages are starting points and include the most popular elements, but there are plenty of things that we can add, like a second photographer for example.
If you are having a smaller celebration, and don’t need all day coverage I can do that for you too!

Do you travel for weddings?
I am very happy to travel for the honour of photographing your wedding! For full day bookings travel costs are included within 2 hours driving time of my home in Oxford.
For events more than 2 hours normal driving from my home I may charge a reasonable amount for expenses or accommodation depending on location and timings. I will agree all of these details with you in advance.
For shorter weddings outside the Oxford, Abingdon, and Woodstock area there may be a reasonable charge for travel.
Can we meet you before we book?
Absolutely! The journey always starts with a meeting. I think it’s really valuable for us to meet before you book. I know just how important this decision is and would love to hear about your plans and answer any questions.
We can meet by phone or video call, or if you are in the Oxford area, I am always delighted to meet in person if you prefer.
What happens after we Book?
Once you have paid the deposit and signed the agreement, I will send you my wedding checklist which helps me plan and keep organised plus some useful information.
Closer to the day I will send you a planning questionnaire and book in our pre-wedding consultation to talk through all your plans. This is normally 4-8 weeks before your wedding.
I am always here to support you and answer any questions that you have throughout the planning process.
Your Wedding Photos
It’s completely up to you! I like engagement shoots because they are a good relaxed way for us to get to know each other.
Many couples have not been photographed professionally before, so Engagement Shoots can have some great advantages:
- We can get to know each other before the wedding day.
- Get comfortable in front of the camera in a relaxed environment
- Dress up, have fun and get some great pictures!
- Some great pictures of the two of you together to use for wedding invitations.
I give a 25% discount or refund on the engagement shoot for couples who book their wedding with me.
Your gallery will be ready within 4 to 6 weeks depending on the time of year.
The final edited pictures are delivered using Pic-time, a popular photo gallery system which is secure and private.
Your gallery can be password protected and downloads can be limited to you and the guests that you choose. Your Pic-time gallery will be available for 12 months after the wedding day.
I keep all the photos that I take on your wedding day and copies of the edited files. All these pictures are backed up in multiple locations.
Yes! I still think that there is something special about a printed photo even in the digital age!
Your private online gallery includes a shop where you and your guests can order prints, frames, and other items.
I believe that your photos are best enjoyed printed which is why two of my packages include a luxury Wedding Album.
The albums included in the packages are created for you by Henley Albums who produce exceptional quality custom printed and bound albums.

Peace of mind
I take lots of precautions to make sure that things go as planned on the day.
I always use two cameras at every wedding. My cameras also hold 2 memory cards which duplicate every image. If something goes wrong I always have a back up. There are also always a range of extra memory cards, batteries and lenses in my bag so I have back ups in case of failure.
It has never happened so far, but you do never know!
If I can’t make your wedding, due to illness or emergency I keep a contact list of photographers who may be able to cover. We will do everything possible to make sure that you have a great photographer for your Wedding Day.
As with cancellations, I do also recommend comprehensive wedding insurance just in case.
Yes, I have comprehensive equipment, public liability and professional indemnity insurance with Photoshield.
My significant public liability insurance is at the levels required by luxury and historic venues. I can provide certificates or liaise direct with your venue.
