The Perch Wedding Photographer

The Perch Wedding Photographer

It is always a pleasure to be the wedding photographer at the delightful Perch Inn in Oxford.
The Perch is one of the nearest wedding venues to my home in Oxford. It is a venue that is near to the city yet feels as though it is in the countryside.

Nestled next to the River Thames, between Binsey Village and Port Meadow the Perch dates back to the 17th century. However, there has been a pub on the site for more than 800 years. This makes the inn nearly as old as Oxford University!

Nowadays, the Perch is a warm and welcoming pub which is a favourite of students, walkers, and locals. It was even a favourite haunt of Inspector Morse. The Perch is also a popular wedding venue for couples who are looking for a stylish yet relaxed and informal venue. The signature shared “Country Fest” is always really popular with guests. The dedicated marquee for weddings can host both big and small celebrations with a personal touch.

As a Perch Wedding Photographer, it is always a great place to work. After a ceremony at Oxford Register Office, many couples choose to travel to the Perch by boat along the Thames. There are also riverside walks and country backdrops for your couple portraits and family groups.

If you are holding your celebration at The Perch I will be delighted to talk to you. You can find details of my prices and packages, and can also get in contact to arrange a no obligation chat. I would be very happy to meet at The Perch and hear about your plans in person.

You can see some of my most recent weddings in my gallery and journal.
